These Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) describe how Committed Caretakers LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) communicates with you via SMS/text messages and how you can manage your participation.
By opting in to receive text messages from Committed Caretakers, you agree to these Mobile Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Description

The Committed Caretakers SMS Program provides appointment reminders, service updates, follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers related to our home care and training services.
Messages are sent to the mobile number you provide when you opt in on our website, forms, or other registration channels.

2. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you authorize Committed Caretakers LLC to send you recurring text messages.
Your consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchase or service.
You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to participate.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with us, but you can expect:

Up to four (4) promotional messages per month, and
Service-related or appointment reminders as needed.

4. Fees

Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
You are responsible for any charges billed by your carrier for sending or receiving SMS messages.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of the program at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out.
No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

We will respond with contact information and instructions for further support.

7. Eligibility and Carriers

This program is available only to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and use a U.S. mobile carrier.
Most major U.S. carriers support participation, though service may not be available in all areas or on all carriers.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your privacy is important to us.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share your number with trusted service providers who assist us in delivering messages or maintaining our systems.

9. Program Changes or Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
If we make material changes, we will update these Mobile Terms and revise the “Last Updated” date above.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Mobile Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Mobile Terms will be resolved through mediation in good faith before seeking other legal remedies, and, if necessary, in the courts located in Ohio, USA.
