14. Mobile Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Committed Caretakers LLC for purposes including appointment reminders, service updates, and limited promotional messages.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies, but you may receive up to four (4) marketing messages per month in addition to transactional or service-related messages as needed.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation text. You may also request to be removed by emailing info@committedcaretakers.com.

Fees: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Consent: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Eligibility: The messaging program is available only to U.S. residents who are 18 years or older and use a U.S. mobile carrier.

Carriers: Supported by most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Use: Your phone number and message data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.
